Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery fee is £3.45. If you require an express delivery please contact me and I will arrange.
Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom. We will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
Your order will be either be sent by courier or Royal Mail and you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
Returns
We’re confident that you’ll love your order from Suzysstyle, however if for any reason you would like to make a return, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your order:
Please email info@suzysstyle.com. with your order number and the reason why you’re returning the item(s). Please also state whether you would like a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. Please make sure they are packaged adequately to ensure they are not damaged, otherwise we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you received were faulty or damaged. If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return label that will be sent by email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
